Cindel Soo
Senior Consultant
Cindel has been in the engineering project development and sustainable engineering domain since 2016. She started her career with KEN Grouting Sdn. Bhd. as a Project Engineer for the team behind the Menara KEN TTDI – a multiple platinum award-winning green building.
Before joining IEN Consultants in 2022, she was an Environmental Sustainable Design (ESD) Engineer with BSD Consultancy Sdn. Bhd., where she provided sustainability consultation to the project team on sustainable design, execution, and operations practices
The projects that she has been involved in include commercial, office, residential, education facility, industrial, and retail fuel properties where she provided sustainability consultation using green building certification tools such as GreenBuildingIndex (GBI), GreenRE, Green Mark, MyCREST, JKR/SIRIM 2:2020 pHJKR and Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED).
She has credible experience in leading projects, notably Shell Low Carbon Journey and analysing data to identify practical improvement measures toward achieving total building performance as well as valued engineering advisory.
