Menara MITI achieved it's original GBI Gold CVA (Completion and Verification Assessment) certification back in 2016, after the physical completion and occupancy of the building. IEN Consultants was not part of the original team of project consultants involved in the design and delivery of this project.

In 2019, IEN Consultants was appointed by WCT Construction, who are the design and build contractor for this building, to procure the GBI RVA (Renewal Verification Assessment).

For the GBI RVA, IEN advised the team on the evidence to be submitted to GBI to demonstrate that the building has retained the features and the performance in 2016. IEN also conducted an occupant comfort survey, and provided recommendations to the owner based on the occupant feedback.

IEN colaborated with the appointed Comissioning Specialist (CxS) - Cofreth to analyze the energy and water usage of the building over the previous 3years. We also jointly reviewed the thermal comfort performance of the spaces to verify that it is within recommended range.

The project successfully achieved GBI RVA Gold, achieving all 85points that we claimed.
