IEN was invited to contribute an article about measured performance and post-occupancy survey of our green factory project, PARAMIT - factory in the forest. Interestingly, this environmentally friendly designed factory was never formally submitted for 3rd party green building certification, as the owner was interested in achieving a high performance building in terms of energy efficiency and in terms of providing healthy conducive spaces with contact to Nature. The article also recounts how a taxi driver mistook the beautifully designed factory with its lush extensive greenery for a resort.
