Building Science
Since her graduation 10 years ago from the National University of Singapore with a M.Sc. In Building Science, Regina Ng has specialised herself in green building consultancy. She was among the first person in Malaysia to obtain the American LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) accreditation and among the first person to obtain the Green Building Index (GBI) accreditation.

Regina was the green building consultant for first building to obtain the highest environmental rating(Platinum) under LEED. She was also the green building consultant for the multi-award winning Diamond Building,  which was the first building in Malaysia to obtain the highest green building certification (Platinum) under both the GBI and under the Singaporean Green Mark certification schemes.

Regina is experienced in energy simulation and daylight simulation skills using the IES VE (Virtual Environment) Software. Key green building project highlights include KLIA2, the busiest airport terminal in Malaysia (250,000 m2), the regional headquaters for Shell (67,000 m2) and the high-end Steadmont condominium tower (17,000 m2).
